人工蝉花多糖对三黄鸡免疫功能及部分相关因子基因表达的影响 被引量:3

Effects of polysaccharides from Cordyceps cicadae on immune function and molecular expression in Sanhuang chicken

摘要 为探究蝉花多糖对放养三黄鸡禽流感疫苗免疫效果的影响,选取1日龄同日出雏三黄鸡1 500只随机分为3组,每组500只。其中:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,蝉花多糖组在基础饲粮中添加0.5 g/kg蝉花多糖(相当于添加蝉花粗多糖1.12 g/kg),蝉花菌丝体组在基础饲粮添加20 g/kg蝉花菌丝体(相当于添加蝉花粗多糖2.84 g/kg)。试验期共51 d。结果:蝉花菌丝体组51日龄时H5-Re8、H7N9抗体水平最高,且显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,蝉花多糖组白细胞介素1(IL-1)含量、27和51日龄时白细胞介素4(IL-4)含量、蝉花多糖组27日龄时干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);蝉花菌丝体组51日龄时IL-4含量、27日龄时IFN-γ含量显著提高(P<0.05);蝉花多糖组27、51日龄时、蝉花菌丝体组37日龄时肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。蝉花多糖组、蝉花菌丝体组脾脏组织中IFN-γ、IL-4的mRNA表达量较对照组呈上升趋势(P>0.05)。试验表明在三黄鸡日粮中添加蝉花多糖、蝉花菌丝体可以提高鸡的体液免疫水平。 To investigate the effects of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharides on the immune function and immune-related gene expression of released chickens, 1 500 1-day-old Sanhuang chickens were randomly divided into three groups, 500 in each group. The control group was fed with a basal diet, the Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharides group(CIP Group) a basal diet supplemented with 0.5 g/kg cicada polysaccharide(equivalent to 1.12 g/kg of Cordyceps cicadae crude polysaccharides), and the Cordyceps cicadae mycelium group with a basal diet added with 20 g/kg Cordyceps cicadae mycelium( equivalent to 2. 84 g/kg of Cordyceps cicadae crude polysaccharides). The experiment lasted for 51 days. The results showed that the antibody levels of H5-Re8 and H7 N9 in the CC group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0. 05). Compared with the control group,the contents of IL-1,IL-4 at 27 and 51 days of age in the CIP group and the IFN-γ content in the CIP group at 27 days of age were significantly increased( P<0. 05);the contents of IL-4 and IFN-γ at 27 days of age in the CC group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0. 05);and the content of TNF-α in the CIP group was significantly higher than that in control group( P< 0. 05). The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 mRNA in the spleen of the CIP group and the CC group was higher than that in the control group( P>0. 05). The above results suggested that the level of humoral immunity was improved by dietary supplementation of polysaccharide and mycelia of cicada for Sanhuang chickens.
