聚吡咯/聚酰亚胺-压电石英晶体氨气传感器的构建及性能研究

Construction and Sensing Behaviors of a Polypyrrole/Polyimide-Piezoelectric Quartz Crystal Sensor for Ammonia

摘要 采用表面沉积聚吡咯的聚酰亚胺膜作电极,代替金属电极,与压电石英晶体(PQC)串联,设计成聚吡咯/聚酰亚胺-PQC传感器,用于氨气的检测。实验结果表明,该传感器稳定性高,回复性良好,在氨气质量浓度为4~228 mg/m^(3)时,与频移值存在线性关系,检测限为4 mg/m^(3)。 A polypyrrole/polyimide-piezoelectric quartz crystal(PQC) sensor for ammonia detection was constructed and its sensing behaviors to ammonia were studied. Polypyrrole polymerized on polyimide was used as conduct electrode instead of metal electrode in PQC sensor. It was directly connected to piezoelectric quartz crystal in series. The experimental results showed that the sensor has high stability and good recovery. There is a linear relationship between the ammonia concentration of 4~228 mg/m^(3) and the frequency shift while the detection limit is 4 mg/m^(3).
