护理风险管理在精神科封闭病房中的应用价值

The application value of nursing risk management in closed wards of psychiatric department

目的探究在精神科封闭病房中实施护理风险管理的价值。方法取2020年1月至2020年3月本院精神科收入封闭病房的病例72例,分为A、B两组(n=36),A组行常规护理;B组在A组护理基础上加入护理风险管理。对两组治疗过程中意外事件、并发症、患者满意度等指标进行记录分析。结果B组患者意外事件为5.56%,显著低于A组的16.67%;B组并发症发生率为0.00%,显著低于A组的8.33%,且B组患者满意度为91.67%,较A组高。结论护理风险管理经求证具有在精神科封闭病房中应用意义。

Objective:To explore the value of nursing risk management in closed psychiatric wards.Methods:From January 2020 to March 2020,72 cases of our hospital's psychiatric income closed ward were divided into two groups,group A and B(n=36).Group A received routine care;Group B added nursing risk management on the basis of group A.Record and analyze the indicators of accidents,complications and patient satisfaction during the treatment of the two groups.Results:The accident rate of patients in group B was as low as 5.56%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in group A;the incidence of complications was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than 8.33%in group A,and the patient satisfaction rate was 91.67%,which was higher than that in group A.Conclusion:Nursing risk management has proved to be of significance in the psychiatric closed ward.
