中药预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)作为妇科常见疾病,其痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛和不孕等临床症状长期困扰女性患者的生活与工作。目前西医治疗以手术治疗为主,辅以药物、介入等治疗,但由于病灶广泛难以彻底清除,术后复发率高,远期疗效欠佳。中医治疗具有不良反应少、安全性高、疗效显著、患者依从性高等优点,受到了广泛关注。联合中医药治疗或成为延缓复发的安全有效的方法,本文就中医辨证论治子宫内膜异位症进行探讨,以期更好地服务于临床。

Endometriosis(EMs)as a common gynecological disease,its dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain and infertility and other clinical symptoms can affect the life and work of female patients for a long time.At present,western medicine treatment mainly focuses on surgery,supplemented by drugs and interventional therapy.However,due to the wide range of lesions,it is difficult to completely clear them,the postoperative recurrence rate is high,and the long-term efficacy is poor.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment has the advantages of small adverse reactions,high safety,significant curative effect and high patient compliance,which has been widely concerned.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment may become a safe and effective method to delay recurrence.This paper discusses the treatment of endometriosis based on TCM syndrome differentiation,in order to better serve the clinical.
