基于快速康复外科理念的医护一体化围术期管理对结直肠癌患者术后康复的影响

Effect of medical and nursing integrated perioperative management based on the concept of fast track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer

目的探究基于快速康复外科理念的医护一体化围术期管理对结直肠癌患者术后康复的影响,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法选择2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日在本院接受结直肠癌根治术的88例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,将其按照其姓氏拼音首字母前后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组与研究组(每组44例),对照组患者接受常规围手术期护理措施,研究组采用基于快速康复外科理念的医护一体化围手术期管理,比较两组患者的并发症发生率及术后康复指标。结果研究组肠梗阻、吻合口瘘、尿潴留、腹腔感染发生率分别为2.27%、4.55%、2.27%、0.00%,均低于对照组的13.64%、18.18%、13.64%、9.09%,P<0.05;研究组肛门首次排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论在结直肠癌手术患者护理中,基于快速康复外科理念的医护一体化围术期管理能够缩短患者恢复时间,预防多种并发症,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the Effect of medical and nursing integrated perioperative management based on the concept of fast track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer,and to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen.Methods:A total of 88 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radical resection in People's Hospital of Kangping County from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were numbered according to the order of their surname pinyin initials.According to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups-the control group and the experimental group(44 cases in each group).The Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing measures,while the patients in the experimental group received medical and nursing integrated perioperative management based on the concept of fast track surgery.The incidence of complications and postoperative rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of intestinal obstruction,anastomotic leakage,urinary retention and abdominal infection in experimental group were 2.27%,4.55%,2.27%and 0%,respectively,which were lower than those in control group(13.64%,18.18%,13.64%and 9.09%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The first anal exhaust time,defecation time,ambulation time and hospitalization duration of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the nursing of colorectal cancer patients,the perioperative management based on the concept of fast track surgery can shorten the recovery time of patients and prevent multiple complications,which is worthy of opplication.
