优质护理对妊娠高血压产妇血压、产后出血量的影响

Effect of high quality nursing on blood pressure and postpartum blood loss in pregnant women with hypertension

目的探究优质护理对妊娠高血压产妇血压、产后出血量的影响。方法择取2017年12月至2019年12月本院收治的92例妊娠高血压产妇参与研究,根据抽签法将其分为对照组46例和观察组46例。对照组产妇开展常规护理,观察组产妇开展优质护理,比较两组产妇产后2h和24h出血量,以及护理前后两组产妇的血压水平。结果观察组产妇产后2h、24h出血量低于对照组,差异经比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇护理前血压水平差异经比较不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组产妇血压水平低于对照组,差异经比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为妊娠高血压产妇开展优质护理干预可以有效降低其产后出血量,控制产妇血压水平,对改善患者病情和预后均具有重要作用,故可将该种护理模式用于临床,以改善更多妊娠高血压产妇的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on blood pressure and postpartum blood loss of pregnant women with hypertension.Methods:92 cases of pregnant hypertensive women admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected to participate in the study.They were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)according to the method of drawing lot.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The amount of postpartum blood loss at 2h and 24h was compared between the two groups,as well as the blood pressure levels before and after nursing.Results:The amount of postpartum bleeding in the observation group at 2h and 24h was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the blood pressure level between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out high-quality nursing intervention for pregnant women with hypertension can effectively reduce their postpartum blood loss,control the maternal blood pressure level,and play an important role in improving the condition and prognosis of patients.Therefore,this nursing mode can be used for clinical promotion to improve the quality of life of more pregnant women with hypertension.
