导乐陪伴分娩与拉玛泽呼吸法联合在初产妇分娩中的应用效果

The clinical effect of doula accompany delivery combined with lamaze breathing nethod in primipara delivery

目的探究导乐陪伴分娩与拉玛泽呼吸法联合在初产妇分娩中的临床价值。方法选择2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日在本院分娩的90例初产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组均为45例。对照组采用导乐陪伴分娩方式,观察组采用导乐陪伴分娩联合拉玛泽呼吸法,比较两组初产妇的产程和妊娠结局。结果观察组初产妇的第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间均短于对照组,P<0.05,第三产程组间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组剖宫产率、产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在初产妇分娩过程中,使用导乐陪伴分娩联合拉玛泽呼吸法能够缩短产程并改善母婴结局,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Doula accompany delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method in primipara delivery.Methods:A total of 90 primiparas delivered in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group adopted Doula accompany delivery mode,and the experimental group adopted Doula delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method.The labor process and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05,and there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the groups,P>0.05;the cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Doula accompany delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method can shorten the labor process,improve the maternal and infant outcomes,and has high clinical application value.
