Practical effectiveness of the Confucius Institute has been achieved through the concept evolution from emphasis on scale expansion to highlighting the high-quality and safe development.Over the past 16 years,the educational philosophy of Confucius Institute has been upright and innovative,the scale has grown steadily,the quality has been progressively improved and the function of being a platform has been continuously expanded.In the new era,the establishing of Confucius Institutes should adapt to the new needs of the times,improve quality and efficiency to achieve the integrated development;promote the extension of the school level,help the Chinese language teaching integrated into the national education system;scientifically develop service functions,build the comprehensive platform of“one-core multi-type”;effectively ensure the safe development,and optimize model to achieve transformation and upgrading.
