电磁式防砂筛管损伤检测探头设计与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对出砂问题引起的油气井生产能力的下降和生产成本的提高,目前主要采用防砂筛管对生产井进行防砂,防砂筛管的完整性直接决定了防砂作业的有效性。因此,基于检测油管、套管等均匀管柱的瞬变电磁损伤检测理论,设计瞬变电磁探头的参数与结构,建立偏心式瞬变电磁防砂筛管损伤检测模型,利用Maxwell软件进行建模仿真以实现防砂筛管的完整性检测。仿真结果表明:瞬变电磁套管损伤检测技术可以应用于防砂筛管损伤检测,且偏心探头在防砂筛管损伤检测中可以获得更大并且更丰富的管柱磁场信息,从而获得更高的探测分辨率。 In view of the decline of oil and gas well production capacity and the increase of production cost caused by sand production problem,sand control screen was mainly used for sand control of production wells at present.The integrity of sand control screen directly determined the effectiveness of sand control operation.Therefore,based on the transient electromagnetic(TEM)damage detection theory of detecting tubing,casing and other uniform strings,the parameters and structure of TEM probe were designed,the damage detection model of eccentric TEM sand control screen was established,and Maxwell software was used for modeling and simulation to realize the integrity detection of sand control screen.The simulation results show that the transient electromagnetic damage detection technology can be applied to the sand control screen damage detection,and the eccentric probe can obtain larger and richer magnetic field information of the string in the sand control screen damage detection,so as to obtain higher detection resolution.
