摘要
采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、MCI柱和MPLC等色谱方法,对七里香化学成分进行系统分离,共获得16个化合物,结构类型涉及芝麻素、黄酮、五环三萜、甾体等.根据理化性质、NMR等现代波谱技术及与文献数据对比,对化合物进行结构鉴定,分别为(-)-diasesamin-di-γ-lactone (1),(-)-aptosimon (2),(+)-sesamin (3), luteolin (4), 5,7-dihydroxyflavone (5), 3,4′,5-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (6), 5,7-dihydroxychromone (7), maslinic acid (8),β-amyrin (9), oleanolic aldehyde (10), oleanolic acid (11), 11-hydroxy-8(14),15-isopimaradien-7-one (12), jioglutolide (13), ningpogenin (14), 3β-Hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,11,22-diene (15),3β-Hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene (16).其中化合物1~3、6、7和12~15为首次从该植物中分离得到.
This study aims at the isolation and characterization of chemical constituents from Buddleja asiatica. After purification by various chromatographical columns with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI, and MPLC, sixteen compounds were isolated. Their structures were characterized as(-)-diasesamin-di-γ-lactone(1),(-)-aptosimon(2),(+)-sesamin(3), luteolin(4), 5,7-dihydroxyflavone(5), 3,4′,5-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(6), 5,7-dihydroxychromone(7), maslinic acid(8),β-amyrin(9), oleanolic aldehyde(10), oleanolic acid(11), 11-hydroxy-8(14),15-isopimaradien-7-one(12), jioglutolide(13), ningpogenin(14), 3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,11,22-diene(15), and 3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene(16), respectively, by a comparison with the reported NMR and mass data. Compounds 1~3,6, 7, and 12~15 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
