Analysis of action structure and focus issues of rural revitalization

文章对乡村振兴战略“五个振兴”之间的行动结构关系进行了分析阐述,认为“五个振兴”是相互关联、有机统一的整体。在此基础上以产业振兴和人才振兴为核心,探讨乡村振兴战略的两个焦点问题,梳理战略实施中的重点和难点。同时在实地调研基础上,以云南省昌宁县乡村振兴战略实施和开展情况为例,分析昌宁县乡村振兴中存在的结构性问题以及产业、人才振兴方面的疏漏欠缺,并提出相应可参考的改善建议。最后给出乡村振兴战略焦点问题解决的路径建议。

The article analyzes and expounds the action structure relationship among the five revitalization strategies of the rural revitalization strategy,and believes that the five revitalizations are an interconnected,organic and unified whole.On this basis,with industrial revitalization and talent revitalization as the core,the two focal issues of points in the implementation of the strategy are condensed and combed.At the same time,on the basis of field research,tak ing the implementation and development of the rural revitalization strategy in Changning county,Yunnan province as an example,this paper analyzes the structural problems existing in the rural revitalization of Changning county and the deficiencies in the revitalization of industries and talents,and proposes corresponding improvements that can be referred to.Finally,it gives suggestions on the solutions to the key issues of the rural revitalization strategy.
