摘要
在十九大乡村振兴战略的号召下,农村零售企业的地位和作用越来越凸显,但业界对农村零售企业承担社会责任这一概念的解释和研究也非常模糊,没有一个明确的定义总结。论文通过对已有文献的研究,总结零售企业和企业社会责任的内涵,梳理影响农村零售企业社会责任的重要因素维度,并从消费者视角进行问卷设计和量表开发,深刻分析影响农村零售企业社会责任的重要因素并从不同角度提出相关建议,进一步探究农村零售企业承担社会责任的重要意义,最后对该领域研究作出发展方向和未来展望,期待农村零售企业作为社会主义市场经济的重要角色能为促进农村经济的发展发挥更大的作用,实现更高的自身价值。
Under the call of the 19 th National Congress of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the status and role of rural retail enterprises have become more and more prominent, but the industry’s interpretation and research on the concept of rural retail enterprises’ social responsibility is also very vague, and there is no clear definition to sum up.Based on the research of existing literature, this paper summarizes the connotation of the retail enterprise and corporate social responsibility, sorts out the important factors that affect the social responsibility of rural retail enterprises, and conducts questionnaire design and scale development from the consumer perspective to deeply analyze the important factors affecting the social responsibility of rural retail enterprises and related suggestions from different angles, further explore the importance of rural retail enterprises’ social responsibility, and finally make the development direction and future prospects of the field research, it is expected that rural retail enterprises, as an important role in the socialist market economy, can play a greater role in promoting the development of the rural economy and realize higher self-value.
