摘要
我国男性与女性间的就业不平等问题已存在很长时间,导致此结果的原因十分复杂。由于我国文化氛围保守,就业和收入方面的性别差距则显得更加明显。论文使用了我国家庭收入调查(CHIP)2014年的城市收入数据,并根据我国居民收入分配和支出的基本信息得出相应的结论。结果显示,就业和收入方面的性别差距与人力资本和婚姻状况有关。特别是婚姻对女性的就业和收入产生负面影响。但是,女性可以通过提高教育水平增加就业竞争优势。
The problem of employment inequality between men and women in China has existed for a long time,and the reasons for this result are very complex.Due to the conservative cultural atmosphere in China,the gender gap in employment and income is more obvious.This paper uses the urban income data of China's household income project(CHIP)in 2014,and draws the correspondi ng conclusions according to the basic information of China's residents'income distribution and expenditure.The results show that the gender gap in employment and income is related to human capital and marital status.Especially marriage has a negative impact on women's employment and income.However,women can increase their employment competitive advantage by improving their education level.
