磁集成开关电感高增益级联Boost变换器 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种改进型具有开关电感单元的磁集成高增益级联Boost变换器,该级联变换器采用开关电感单元代替传统级联Boost变换器的储能电感并将电感进行耦合集成。改进后的变换器较传统Boost变换器的电压增益提高(1+D)^(2)/(1-D)倍,较传统级联Boost变换器的电压增益提高(1+D)^(2)倍,且电感电流纹波减小到其15%以下。通过分析变换器工作原理、推导出电压增益及等效电感的表达式,设计出耦合电感的集成方案,并利用仿真和实验验证了集成方案的正确性,可充分表明改进型级联Boost变换器具有更佳的工作性能。 An improved magnetic integrated high-gain cascaded Boost converter with switched-inductor units is proposed,which replaces the energy storage inductor in the traditional cascaded Boost converter by the switched-inductor unit and perform the coupling integration with the inductor.The voltage gain of the novel converter is improved(1+D)^(2)/(1-D)times higher than that of the traditional Boost converter and(1+D)^(2) times higher than that of the traditional cascaded Boost converter.In addition,the inductor current ripple is reduced to less than 15% of the traditional cascaded Boost converter.Through the analysis of the working principle for the converter and the derivation of expressions of voltage gain and equivalent inductance,the integrated scheme for the coupling inductor is designed.Moreover,the integrated scheme was verified by simulation and experimental results,which fully shows that the improved cascaded Boost conver-ter has better performance.
