摘要
二次电源设备是飞机直流电网的供电电源,也是飞机交流电网的用电设备,其交流侧负载特性反向影响了飞机交流电网质量,直流侧电源特性直接影响了飞机直流电网品质。基于Matlab/Simulink建立某飞机二次电源设备变压整流器的数学模型,并完成负载电流仿真计算。实验室搭建该设备的负载特性检测硬件平台,并开发LabVIEW虚拟仪器远程控制及数据分析软件平台,完成交流侧负载特性和直流侧电源特性的实测波形分析。仿真计算结果验证了实测平台的有效性,结合仿真计算和实测数据分析可知,设备工作向飞机电网引入较大奇数次谐波较易超出标准限制,其中第11次和13次谐波较为明显,3的倍数次谐波和偶数次谐波较小;直流侧纹波电流的引入值符合标准要求。典型机载二次电源设备的负载特性仿真计算和实验测量分析对飞机二次电源的进一步深入研究具有一定参考价值。
The equipment of secondary electrical power supply is a power supply for the aircraft DC power grid,as well as a piece of electric equipment in the aircraft AC power grid.Its AC-side load characteristics affect the aircraft AC power grid quality reversely,and its DC-side power characteristics affect the aircraft DC power grid quality directly.In this paper,the mathematical model of a secondary power supply equipment(i.e.,transformer rectifier unit(TRU))of an aircraft is established based on Matlab/Simulink,and the simulating calculation of its load current is completed.The hardware platform for load characteristic test of the equipment was built in laboratory conditions,and the software platform for the remote control and data analysis of LabVIEW virtual instrument was developed,on which the measured waveform analysis of AC-side load characteristics and DC-side power supply characteristics was performed.The results of simulating calculation verify the effectiveness of the actual test platform.Combined with the simulating calculation and the analysis of measured data,it was found that the rectifier module introduced large odd harmonics which were prone to exceed the standard limits into the aircraft power grid,of which the 11th and 13th harmonics were more obvious while the triplen and even harmonics were smaller.In addition,the introduced ripple current on the DC-side met the requirements.The simulating calculation and experimental measurement analysis of the load characteristics of typical airborne secondary power supply equipment have certain reference value for the further research on aircraft secondary electrical power supply.
