摘要
为解决当下农业机械作业效率低下、浪费人力物力等问题,设计了基于STM32F7的农业机械自动导航作业控制器。控制器以STM32F7作为主控芯片,由无线数传模块、轮角传感器、滤波电路等电路组成,可根据控制指令实现对农业机械的路径跟踪控制及作业部件动作的控制,完成自动导航与自动作业的结合。试验结果表明:农业机械自动导航控制器可安装于具有方向盘转向的农业机械,能够实现农业机械自动导航作业控制。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and waste of manpower and material resources in agricultural machinery,an automatic navigation operation controller for agricultural machinery based on STM32F7 is designed.The controller uses STM32F7 as the main control chip,and is consists of wireless data transmission module,wheel angle sensor,filter circuit and other related circuits.The navigation operation controller realizes the path tracking control for the agricultural machinery and the operation control of the working component according to the control orders,and realizes the combination of the automatic navigation and the automatic operation.The results show that the agricultural machinery automatic navigation controller can be installed in agricultural machinery with steering wheel steering,and can realize the automatic navigation operation control of agricultural machinery.
