小型再生稻联合收获机清选装置的设计与试验 被引量:3

摘要 为适应我国再生稻头季的收获要求,研发了适用于小型再生稻联合收获机的清选装置。探讨了多风道贯流风机、百叶窗筛等工作部件的结构、设计参数及工作原理,目的是充分利用清选空间、提高清选效率,满足再生稻头季脱出物物料量大、籽粒含量高的特殊清选要求。台架试验结果表明:该清选室内气流场分布均匀合理。田间试验结果表明:研制的再生稻联合收获机收获平均产量为11250kg/hm^(2)的再生稻头季稻时,总损失率为2.5%,含杂率为1.74%,破碎率为0.07%,作业效率为0.9hm^(2)/h,各项性能指标均符合国家规定技术要求。 In order to meet the harvesting requirements of China's ratooning rice in the head season,a cleaning device suitable for small-scale ratooning rice combine harvesters was developed.The structure,design parameters and working principle of multi-channel cross-flow fan,shutter sieve and other important working parts are discussed.The purpose is to make the full use of the cleaning space,improve the efficiency of cleaning procedure,and meet the special cleaning requirements of large amount of material and high grain content in the first season ratooning rice.The bench test results showed that the airflow field distribution in the cleaning chamber was even and reasonable.The results of field experiment showed that when the average rice yield of the ratoon rice combine harvester was 11250kg/hm^(2),the total loss rate was 2.5%,the impurity content was 1.74%,the breaking rate was 0.07%,and the working efficiency was 0.9hm^(2)/h,its performance indicators are in line with national technical requirements.
