摘要
针对小麦联合收获机双出风口多风道离心风机主要作业参数调节不当导致清选损失与含杂较高这一问题,对双出风口多风道离心风机主要相关因素进行小麦台架试验,寻找各因素对收获质量的影响规律,并以清选损失率、含杂率作为评价指标,寻找最优参数组合。选择对小麦台架试验影响较大的3个试验因素,即喂入量、风门开度及风机转速,利用Design-Expert的中心组合试验设计理论,对3因素3水平进行响应面试验并对结果进行分析,研究各主要因素对损失、含杂2个指标规律的影响,并建立数学模型。台架试验表明:对损失较显著的影响因素有风机转速、风门开度;对含杂较显著的因素有风机转速、风门开度。通过对3个因素进行目标参数优化得到最优组合参数:喂入量4.68kg/s、风门开度10°,风机转速1600r/min。利用最佳组合参数进行台架试验验证,结果表明:损失率和含杂率分别为0.71%与0.43%,满足国标损失率≤1.2%、含杂率≤2.0%的要求,可为多风道离心风机的研究与设计提供数据参考与技术支撑。
In view of the improper adjustment of the main operating parameters of the double-air outlet multi-channel centrifugal fan of the wheat combine harvester,the problem of cleaning loss and high impurity is caused.The main relevant factors of the multi-channel centrifugal fan of the double outlet are subjected to the wheat bench test.The influence of various factors on the quality of harvest,the selection of loss rate and impurity rate as the evaluation index,find the optimal combination of parameters.Three test factors that have a great influence on the wheat bench test were selected:feed amount,damper opening,and fan speed.Using Design-Expert's central combined test design theory,the response surface test was performed on the 3 factor 3 level and the results were performed.Analysis,study the impact of each major factor on the two indicators,and establish a mathematical model.Through the bench test:the factors that have a significant impact on the loss are the damper opening and the fan speed;for the factors with significant impurities,there are fan speed and feed rate.The optimal combination parameters were obtained by optimizing the target parameters of three factors:the feed amount was 4.68kg/s,the damper opening was 10°,and the fan speed was 1400r/min.Bench test verification using the best combination parameters shows that the loss rate and the impurity content are 0.89%and 0.75%,respectively.The loss rate below national standard is≤1.2%,and the impurity content is≤2.0%.This conclusion can provide data reference and technical support for the research and design of multi-channel centrifugal fan.
