摘要
针对智能草坪修整机智能化程度较低的问题,基于视觉算法对智能草坪修整机进行了设计,并对其进行了分析。草坪修整机的主要组成部分为控制模块、信息采集模块、移动模块、动力驱动模块和修整模块。通过采用视觉算法进行草坪环境数据的采集,并对其运动行为进行分析,包括建立运动学模型和动力学模型,为草坪修整机的智能设计奠定基础。为验证该草坪修整机的性能,进行了试验,结果表明该草坪修整机性能稳定,可以完成草坪的修整工作。
Aiming at the problem of poor intelligence of lawn mower,the intelligent lawn mower was designed based on vision algorithms,and the motor behavior was analyzed.The lawn mower was constituted of control module,information acquisition module,mobile module,power drive module and trim module.The environment data of lawn was collected by vision algorithms,and the motor behavior was analyzed by establishing the dynamic model and kinetic model.They will make foundation to the intelligent design of lawn mower.To test the performance of the lawn mower,the tests were done.The test results show that it could accomplish the lawn trimming.
