新冠疫情期间医学类高校实验室线上教学的实践研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨新冠疫情期间医学类高校实验室线上教学的实践方法。方法选择2020年4月及2020年11月本校学习实验室相关课程的在校医学生80例为研究对象,其中2020年4月组为线上学习组(观察组),2020年11月为线下学习组(对照组)。比较两组教学效果学生评估情况、两组完成拟定教学任务耗时、学生完成相关作业耗时、两组教学结束后理论与操作考试成绩。结果观察组学生评价教学趣味性和内容针对性得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实际操作性得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组完成拟定教学任务耗时和学生完成相关作业耗时均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组学生教学结束后理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但操作考试成绩得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疫情阶段对医学类高校实验室教学内容实施线上教授,能显著的提高教学趣味性和内容针对性,提高教学效率,但对于操作的实践性方面有待加强。 Objective To investigate the practical methods of online teaching of laboratories in medical colleges during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A total of 80 medical students who studied laboratory-related courses in our university in April 2020 and November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group studied online in April 2020,while the control group studied offline in November 2020.The evaluations of teaching effects on students in the two groups,the time spent in completing the proposed teaching tasks and relevant homework,as well as the test results of theory and operation after teaching of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of evaluating teaching interest and content pertinence of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while their actual operation score was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The time spent in completing the proposed teaching tasks and relevant homework in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The score of theory after teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the score of operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion During the epidemic,online teaching of laboratory teaching content in medical colleges and universities can significantly improve teaching interest and content pertinence,and improve teaching efficiency,while the operation requires to be further strengthened.
