针刺耳穴“肝”治疗颈椎病伴失眠的临床观察

A clinical observation of the treatment of cervical spondylosis complicated by insomnia with acupuncture at auricular point(liver)

目的探究针刺耳穴“肝”在治疗颈椎病中伴失眠症状的疗效。方法本研究选取2019年1—12月宜宾市第一人民医院中医骨伤科确诊的60例颈椎病伴随失眠症状的患者。在常规治疗和护理的基础上,分为针刺耳穴“肝”组20例、针刺耳穴非“肝”组20例、空白组20例。收集并观察对比颈椎病临床评定量表(CASCS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表治疗前后评分,运用统计软件SPSS 24.0完成数据处理。结果针刺耳穴“肝”组20例治愈9例,显效9例,无效2例,总有效率为90.00%;针刺耳穴非“肝”组治愈8例,显效9例,无效3例,总有效率为85.00%;空白组治愈5例,显效7例,无效8例,总有效率为60.00%。治疗前后三组颈椎病临床评定量表(CASCS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺耳穴“肝”可以有效改善颈椎病患者伴失眠的症状。

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at auricular point(liver)on cervical spondylosis(CS)complicated by insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with CS complicated by insomnia at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the First People's Hospital of Yibin from January to December,2019 were selected for this study.On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care,the patients were divided into three groups,with 20 patients in the acupuncture at auricular point(liver)group,20 patients in the acupuncture at auricular point(non-liver)group and 20 patients in the blank group.The scores of clinical assessment scale for CS(CASCS)and of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale before and after treatment were collected,observed and compared.As for data processing,the statistical software SPSS 24.0 was used to complete the statistical task.Results Of the 60 selected patients,the 20 patients in the acupuncture at auricular point(liver)group had a total effective rate of 90.00%,with 9 cured cases,9 markedly effective cases and 2 ineffective cases;The acupuncture at auricular point(non-liver)group had a total effective rate of 85.00%,with 8 cured cases,9 markedly effective cases and 3 ineffective cases;The blank group had a total effective rate of 60.00%,with 5 cured cases,7 markedly effective cases and 8 ineffective cases.The differences among the three groups in the scores of CASCS and PSQI scale before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at auricular point(liver)can effectively ameliorate the symptom for the patients with CS complicated by insomnia.
