中医整体观的耳穴压豆调理护理对喘证患者症状的改善效果研究

Investigation on the improvement effect of auricular points plaster therapy conditioning nursing intervention on the symptoms of patients with asthma syndrome from the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine

目的基于中医整体观理念下行耳穴压豆调理护理对喘证患者症状的改善效果分析。方法回顾性分析2020年3—9月我院收治的60例喘证患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规中医护理干预,研究组在对照组干预基础上采用中医整体观的耳穴压豆调理护理干预,比较研究组与对照组康复效果;护理前、护理2周后肺功能、日常生活活动能力与功能状态情况。结果研究组康复总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理2周后两组FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FEV高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组护理2周后FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FEV高于对照组(P<0.05);护理2周后两组ADL评分高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组护理2周后ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理2周后两组6 min步行距离长于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组护理2周后6 min步行距离明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医整体观指导下的耳穴压豆调理护理干预,可有效改善喘证临床症状、肺功能、生活质量及功能状态。

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of auricular points plaster therapy on the symptoms of patients with asthma syndrome based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with asthma syndrome admitted in our hospital from March to September 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention of TCM,while the study group was treated with auricular points plaster therapy conditioning nursing intervention based on the holistic view of TCM.The rehabilitation effect between the study group and the control group was compared,and the pulmonary function,activities of daily living(ADL)and functional status at baseline and 2 weeks after nursing were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC and FEV 1/FEV of the two groups at 2 weeks after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),while at 2 weeks after nursing,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FEV of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after nursing,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and at 2 weeks after nursing,the ADL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 6-minute walking distance of the two groups at 2 weeks after nursing were longer than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the 6-minute walking distance of the study group at 2 weeks after nursing was significantly longer than that of the control group,with s tatistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular points plaster therapy conditioning nursing intervention under the guidance of holistic view of TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,quality of life and functional status of asthma syndrome.
