《手术室仪器设备精细化管理》系统应用效果观察

An observation of the application effect of the Meticulous Management of Operating Room Instrument and Equipment system

目的探究自主开发的《手术室仪器设备精细化管理》系统应用于手术室仪器设备管理中的临床效果。方法将2019年7—12月手术室仪器设备实施传统化管理设为对照组,另将2020年1—6月手术室应用《手术室仪器设备精细化管理》系统管理仪器设备设为观察组,比较两组仪器设备月使用情况、季度维修费用占比及术科医生对手术室护士工作的满意度。结果观察组手术室平均每个月仪器设备正确使用率、使用登记率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组仪器设备故障报损率、登记操作时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术室术前仪器设备准备时间、设备季度维修费用占比明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术科医生对手术室护士在仪器设备准备、仪器设备正常使用方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论《手术室仪器设备精细化管理》应用于手术室仪器设备管理中方便快捷,显著提高仪器设备管理效能及质量,降低仪器设备维修成本。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the s elf-developed Meticulous Management of Operating Room Instrument and Equipment system when it is applied to the management of operating room instrument and equipment.Methods The operating rooms with the instrument and equipment managed through conventional method from July to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and those with the instrument and equipment managed under the guidance of Meticulous Management of Operating Room Instrument and Equipment system from January to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The monthly usage of instrument and equipment,the proportion of quarterly maintenance costs and the satisfaction of surgical doctors with the nurses's work in the operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The average monthly correct utilization rate and registration rate of instrument and equipment in the operating room of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The failure reporting rate and registration operation time of instrument and equipment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of preparation time and quarterly maintenance cost of instrument and equipment of pre-operation in operating rooms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of surgical doctors with the nurses in the operating room on the preparation and normal usage of instrument and equipment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Meticulous Management of Operating Room Instrument and Equipment is convenient and swift.It can improve the efficiency and quality of instrument and equipment management significantly and reduce their maintenance cost.
