立足区域和行业需求的特色高水平高职院校建设路径研究——以吉林工程职业学院为例

Research on the Construction Path of Characteristic High Level Vocational College Based on the Regional and Industrial Demand——Taking Jilin Engineering Vocational College as an Example

立足区域和行业发展趋势与需求、坚持特色发展,是高职院校高质量发展的生命力。当前,高职教育还存在着体量大但不强、有社会吸引力但不旺、差异化的特色专业集群优势体现不充分、产教融合程度不深、多元参与聚而不融、社会服务能力有待提高等问题或现象。为满足区域和行业的发展需求,需要完善人才培养体系以提升人才培养质量,发挥专业集群特色优势以服务区域行业发展需求,深化产教融合以服务乡村振兴战略。吉林工程职业学院经过多年探索,逐步探索形成了特色高水平高职院校建设的“吉林工程”路径。

Based on the regional and industrial development trend and demand,adhere to the characteristic development,which is the vitality of high quality development of vocational schools.At present,there are still some problems in higher vocational education,such as large but not strong,attractive but not prosperous,differentiated specialty cluster advantage is not fully reflected,the integration degree of industry and education is not deep,diversified participation is not integrated,and social service ability needs to be improved.In order to meet the needs of regional and industrial development,it is necessary to perfect the talent training system and improve the quality of talent training,give full play to the characteristic advantages of professional clusters to serve the development of regional industries,deepen the integration of industry and education to serve the strategy of rural revitalization.After several years of exploration,Jilin Engineering Vocational College has gradually formed the path of“Jilin Engineering”for the development of featured and high-level vocational colleges.
