利益相关者视角下的教师资格考试制度

摘要 随着时代变迁,教师资格考试制度不断变化。基于利益相关者视角分析发现,师范生、非师范生和社会考生、各层次培养院校、用人单位有不同的反应与态度。为促进教师资格考试制度改革,提高教师队伍素质,师范院校需要探索“专业课程项目化”与“校企合作规范化”路径,以提高学生教学能力。同时,针对师范生及非师范生分类培养,利用现代网络技术,加强师范生过程考核及非师范生教育专业能力考核。另外,教师资格考试制度本身也需要动态调整大纲,改变一次教师资格认定方式,从而提高认可度。针对利益驱动的社会培训机构,应该制订行业准入标准与质量评估标准,加强全过程管理。 With the changes of the times,the teacher qualification examination system is constantly changing.Based on the perspective of stakeholders,the analysis found that normal university students,non-normal university students and social examinees,all levels of training colleges and employers have different responses and attitudes.In order to promote the reform of teacher qualification examination system and improve the quality of teachers,normal colleges and universities need to explore the path of"professional curriculum project"and"school-enterprise cooperation standardization"to improve students'teaching ability.At the same time,in view of the classified training of normal university students and non-normal university students,the use of modern network technology,strengthen the normal university students process assessment,non-normal university students education professional ability assessment.In addition,the teacher qualification examination system itself also needs to adjust the syllabus dynamically,change the way of teacher qualification identification,so as to improve the recognition degree.For profit-driven social training institutions,industry access standards and quality assessment standards should be formulated,and whole-process management should be strengthened.
