摘要
贫困大学生是大学生群体中的弱势群体,近年来受到了党和政府、高校、社会及学界的广泛关注。受客观社会环境和自身特殊因素的影响,贫困大学生在就业中“失权”现象严重,就业率和就业质量偏低等弱势特征明显。为增强贫困大学生的就业“权能”,实现更高质量和更充分的就业目标,在重点分析贫困大学生就业增权的核心维度的基础上,探讨了增权的模式选择,提出了增权的内外协同策略,以期为今后我国贫困大学生就业工作的顺利推进提供有益参考。
As a disadvantaged group in the employment,poor college students have received widespread attention from Chinese government,universities,society and academic circles in recent years.Affected by the objective social environment and their own particularity,poor students have some serious problems:“loss of power”in employment,low employment rate and poor employment quality.In order to enhance their employment empowerment and achieve the goal of high-quality and full employment,This paper analyzes the dimensions of increasing the employment rights of poor college students,discusses the mode and strategy of increasing the employment rights,expected to provide useful reference for the smooth promotion of the employment of poor college students in China in the future.
