根据2020年印发的《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》,旅游业、现代服务业和高新技术产业是海南重点发展的三大主导产业。在此基础上,海南近日印发的《海南自由贸易港投资新政三年行动方案(2021-2023年)》,将热带特色高效农业和制造业也纳入鼓励发5月26日,国机集团第一届智能制造创新发展高峰论坛在郑州举办。国机集团党委书记、董事长张晓仑出席论坛并致辞。中国展的范畴,提出构建“3+1+1”现代化产业体系。方案提出,把制造业提质增效、稳定发展放到更加重要的位置,做好增量发展和存量调整,把全省制造业做实做优做强。
According to the Overall Plan for Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port issued in 2020,tourism,modern service industry and high-tech industry are the three major leading industries in Hainan.On this basis,the Three-year Action Plan for New Policy for Investment in Hainan Free Trade Port(2021-2023)recently issued by Hainan includes tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture and manufacturing industries into the scope of industries with development encouraged,and requests the construction of the“3+1+1”modern industry system.
