基于图像识别的电梯制动曳引钢丝绳滑移量检测技术 被引量:4

摘要 电梯制动系统曳引钢丝绳在制动过程中的滑移量综合反映了电梯的制动能力和曳引能力,滑移量越大,电梯制动能力和曳引能力越弱。钢丝绳的运动图像为钢丝绳纹理周期性变化的图像,适合使用图像识别算法进行处理,使用高帧工业相机,采集电梯制动时钢丝绳运动的视频,提取出钢丝绳所在的区域,结合Hough变换划分割出钢丝绳,再将图像中钢丝绳按位置分割成不同的块,并使用专门的周期检测算法检测纹理变化的周期,可以计算得到电梯钢丝绳在制动过程中的滑移量,可以用于电梯制动系统性能的评估。 During braking,the slip amount of the traction wire rope of the elevator braking system can comprehensively reflect the braking and traction performance of the elevator.The greater the slip amount,the weaker the braking and traction performance of the elevator.Images with periodically changing texture of steel wire rope are suitable to be processed by image recognition algorithm.By using high-frame industrial camera to capture the video of steel wire rope movement during elevator braking,the area where the steel wire rope is located is extracted,and the steel wire rope is segmented by Hough transform method.Then the steel wire rope in the image is divided into different blocks according to its position,and a special period detection algorithm is used to detect the period of texture change.After calculation,the slip amount of the steel wire rope during braking can be obtained,which can be used to evaluate the performance of elevator braking system.
