摘要
针对在用蓄电池防爆叉车使用单位在维护保养过程中,因防爆技术水平不足、维护管理不及时等因素,导致叉车防爆性能被破坏的现状。在对蓄电池防爆叉车电气火花、静电火花、表面高温、机械火花四种点燃源进行辨识和分析的基础上,结合防爆技术的理论知识、国家特种设备技术标准和规范的相关技术要求,运用对比分析、标准条款解读、案例分析等方法,对其制造改造能力审查、防爆电气部件、电气线路、表面温度、防静电措施、防机械火花措施等检测检验内容和方法进行归纳总结。为强化防爆性能现场检验的危险源识别,提高防爆检验的技术能力提供参考。
In view of the fact that the explosion-proof performance of battery explosion-proof forklifts is destroyed due to the lack of explosion-proof technology and untimely maintenance and management in the maintenance process,based on the identification and analysis of electrical sparks,electrostatic sparks,surface high temperature and mechanical sparks of battery explosion-proof forklifts,combined with the theoretical knowledge of explosion-proof technology and the relevant technical requirements of national special equipment technical standards and specifications,through comparison,interpretation of standard clauses,case analysis and other methods,the inspection contents and methods,such as the examination of manufacturing transformation ability,explosionproof electrical components,electrical circuits,surface temperature,anti-static measures and anti-mechanical spark measures are summarized,which provides a reference for improving the hazard identification ability in the field inspection of explosion-proof performance and technical ability of explosion-proof inspection.
