摘要
为了解决竹片接长后其抗拉承载力不足的问题,本文对3种坡口斜接薄竹集成材和原竹片的受拉性能进行对比试验,揭示了不同接口长度的薄竹集成材与原竹片拉伸试验强度变化、破坏形态和荷载-应变关系.结果表明:薄竹集成材坡口斜接的方式是可行的;3种薄竹集成材坡口斜接方式,均随其粘接长度的增加,其破坏形式由脱胶转变为纵向的纤维开裂破坏和横截面纤维断裂破坏;从经济角度考虑,采取粘接长度-厚度比在25倍左右的坡口斜接竹片较为适宜.
In order to solve the problem of insufficient tensile capacity of bamboo slices after lengthening,this paper discloses intensity change,failure mode and load-strain relationship in tensile tests for thin glued laminated bamboo woods with different connection lengths and original bamboo slices by virtue of carrying out tensile property contrast test on three types of thin glued laminated bamboo woods with different groove chamfered joints and original bamboo slices.The results show that the thin glued laminated bamboo wood groove chamfered joint method is feasible,as for three types of thin glued laminated bamboo wood groove chamfered joint methods,along with increase of splicing length,bamboo failure mode changes from degumming to longitudinal fiber fracture failure and cross-sectional fiber rupture failure.In terms of economic perspective,grooved bamboo slices with a splicing length-thickness ratio of about 25 times are relatively suitable.
