Characteristics and Function of Qinlian Community at Home and Abroad Since Modern Times

海内外钦廉社团的发展经历了三个阶段,与钦廉人经济和政治实力的变化有关系。它是钦廉人向外拓展的产物,其活动地域范围从相对落后国家向发达国家发展,构成显现多样性,甚至推动建立了世界性钦廉社团联合组织。钦廉社团作为钦廉人结团成社、互助互济的组织,在为本籍同乡争取合法权益、谋求福利方面发挥积极作用;为住在国的发展及祖(籍)国的建设作出一定贡献;在新时期为促进居住国与祖国的经济文化交流牵线搭桥。

The development of Qinlian Community at home and abroad has gone through three stages,which was related to the change of economic and political strength of Qinlian people.It was the product of the outward development of the Qinlian people,and its regional scope of activities developed from relatively backward countries to developed countries,which constituted a manifestation of diversity,and even promoted the establishment of a joint organization of the world Qinlian community.As an organization of mutual assistance,it plays a positive role in striving for the legitimate rights,interests and welfare for Qinlian people,makes certain contributions to the development of the resident country and the construction of the ancestral country,and promotes the economic and cultural exchanges between the resident country and the motherland in the new period.
