摘要
本文针对燃料电池电动汽车中氢气消耗量,分析了质量法、压力温度法以及流量法的优缺点,并给出了具体的测试方案以及测试数据,研究了三种方法的可行性与等效性,质量法、压力温度法以及流量法都可以完成燃料电池电动汽车的氢气消耗量测试。质量法造价昂贵,但是精度较高;压力温度法测量成本低,但是无法测量气瓶内部温度;流量法测量简单高效,但是低流量时精度偏低。压力温度法和流量法在目前的条件下有2.5%左右的误差。
In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the mass method,pressure temperature method and flow method are analyzed in the measurement of hydrogen consumption in fuel cell electric vehicles,and the specific test scheme and test data are given,and the feasibility and equivalent of the three methods are studied.Quality,pressure temperature and flow methods all complete hydrogen consumption tests for fuel cell electric vehicles.The mass method is expensive,but the accuracy is high,the P/T method is cheap,but the internal temperature of the cylinder cannot be measured directly.The flow method is simple and efficient,but the accuracy is low at low flow rate.The P/T method and flow method have an error of about 2.5%under the current conditions.
