一种提升K&C试验中转向工况测试精度的改进方法

摘要 针对K&C试验中的转向工况测试中[1],安装费时费力,安装精度无法保证,进而影响试验效率与试验精度,给后续试验数据分析带来不便,经过深入分析,设计出一套辅组工装,经过不断改进,完善,最后形成一套高效、可靠的试验方法,解决了试验中安装费时费力,安装精度无法保证问题。试验一致性好!试验数据精度提升。 Aiming at the steering condition test in the K&C test[1],the installation is timeconsuming and laborious,and the installation accuracy cannot be guaranteed,which affects the test efficiency and test accuracy,and brings inconvenience to the subsequent test data analysis.After in-depth analysis,a set of auxiliary groups is designed The tooling has been continuously improved and perfected,and finally a set of efficient and reliable test methods is formed,which solves the problem of time-consuming and laborious installation during the test and the installation accuracy cannot be guaranteed・Good test consistency!The accuracy of test data is improved.
