一种变速箱止推卡簧的工作机理研究

摘要 变速箱是汽车的重要组成部分,可以应对不同的行驶工况,保证整车系统的正常运行。而止推卡簧做为液力自动变速箱的关键部件之一,其对变速箱的零部件起到轴向固定作用,保证变速箱传动的准确性和安全性。本文介绍了一种变速箱止推卡簧的开发应用策略,对该止推卡簧的应用开展了一系列的受力机理分析、设计结构分析、有限元分析、装配工艺分析等综合分析工作,并根据分析结果对其开发应用进行了优化提升,同时制造了极限样件,通过整车试验验证了优化方案的有效性和可靠性,为止推卡簧的开发应用提供了依据,提升了变速箱性能,为该类变速箱用止推卡簧的开发应用提供了行之有效的工程方案。 Transmission is an important part of vehicle, it can deal with all kinds of driving conditions, to ensure the normal function of the vehicle. As one of the key part of automatic transmission, the snap ring plays an axial role in fixing the components to ensure the accuracy and safety of AT.This paper introduces a development strategy of the snap ring, and carried out a series of comprehensive analysis, such as force analysis, mechanism analysis, design analysis, finite element analysis, manufacturing and assembly process analysis,and got the optimization scheme per the analysis result, then making the limit samples. Through the vehicle test to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the measures, and provide a basis for the optimization, which can effectively improve transimission performance,provides some engineering feasible technical basis for the snap ring of automatic transmission.
