化学成分对ZGD410-700力学性能提升的影响

摘要 近年来,随着汽车轻量化要求不断提升,对汽车用高强高韧铸钢的研究显得非常重要。ZGD410-700为我公司高强高韧正火钢典型材质,本文通过添加Cr、Cu、V、Ni等合金元素,优化原有成分,提升ZGD410-700材质综合力学性能。实验结果表明:加入0.2-0.3%Cu的试样综合力学性能明显提升,屈服和抗拉强度分别为477Mpa、759Mpa,延伸率达到了19.1%。而分别添加Cr、V、Ni等元素,对强度及延伸的无明显改善或略有降低,且随着合金元素的过量添加,导致其强度富余而延伸率降低,若再高温回火则其综合力学性能明显下降。 In recent years, with the increasing requirements for lightweight automobiles, it is very important to study the high strength and high toughness cast steel used in automobiles. ZGD410-700 is the material produced by our company. In this paper, by adding Cr, Cu, V, Ni and other alloy elements, the original components are optimized to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of ZGD410-700 material. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of the samples with 0.2-0.3% Cu were significantly improved, the yield and tensile strength were 477 Mpa and 759 Mpa, respectively, and the elongation reached 19.1%. When Cr, V, Ni and other elements were added respectively, the strength and extension were not significantly improved or slightly reduced, and with the excessive addition of alloying elements, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the elements were significantly reduced.
