摘要
基于我国猕猴桃主产区陕西省眉县、周至496户果农的调查数据,根据经济学的外部效应和成本收益理论,运用双栏模型实证分析影响果农物理机械防控技术采纳决策、采纳程度的因素。结果表明:政府支持、预期收益对果农物理机械防控技术采纳决策、采纳程度确有影响,技术补贴、技术培训、预期经济收益显著正向影响果农物理机械防控技术采纳决策和采纳程度;此外,户主的受教育程度和农地经营规模对果农物理机械防控技术采纳决策、采纳程度也有显著的正向影响,家庭人均收入对果农物理机械防控技术采纳程度有显著的正向影响。最后,提出了加大资金补贴、优化培训教育、提高果农预期经济收益、为物理机械防控技术生产企业提供支撑、推动适度规模经营的政策建议。
Based on 496 households in Meixian and Zhouzhi of Shaanxi Province, according to the economics theory of external effects and the cost-benefit, using the double hurdle column model to analyze the factors affecting the adoption decision-making and adoption degree of the physical machinery preventing and controlling technology of kiwi farmers. The results show that: government support and expected revenue have a significant positive impact on the adoption behavior of farmers’ physical machinery preventing and controlling technology. Among them, technical subsidies, technical training, and expected revenue significantly positively affect the adoption decision and adoption degree of kiwi farmers’ physical machinery preventing and controlling technology. In addition, the degree of education of the head of households and the scale of land management have a significant positive impact on the adoption decision and adoption degree of kiwi farmers’ physical machinery preventing and controlling technology. The per capita income of households has a significant positive impact on the adoption degree of kiwi farmers’ physical machinery preventing and controlling technology. Proposed policy recommendations to increase funding subsidies, optimize training and education, increase the expected revenue of fruit farmers, provide support for physical machinery preventing and controlling technology enterprises, and promote moderate scale operations.
