自走式双边桑树修剪机设计与试验

摘要 为了提高桑树修剪的工作效率,设计了一种更加规范化的可调双边齐切式桑树修剪机。试验结果表明:当锯片转速达到3050r/min、进给速度达到0.65m/s时,修剪效果最佳,且锯切能耗最小。桑树修剪机的修剪宽度与修剪高度均可以调节,宽度在1.7~2.5m之间,高度在2.1~2.6m之间。功能试验结果表明:设计的桑树修剪机可以适应不同的修剪高度与修剪宽度,最大漏割率仅维持在10%左右,且最小漏割率仅为3%左右,基本满足修剪需求,合格率接近90%,无论是树形还是修剪的断面均符合农艺的标准要求。 In order to improve the working efficiency of mulberry pruning, this paper designs a more standardized adjustable double-sided trimming mulberry pruning machine.The results show that when the rotation speed of the saw blade reaches 3050 r/min and the feeding speed reaches 0.65 m/s, the cutting effect is the best and the cutting energy consumption is the least. The pruning width and height of mulberry tree pruning machine can be adjusted. The width range is between 1.7-2.5 m and the height range is between 2.1-2.6 m. In terms of function, the mulberry tree pruning machine designed in this paper can adapt to different pruning shape of the cutting operation, the maximum miss rate is less than 10%, the minimum miss rate is about 3%, the qualified rate of pruning is more than 86%, no matter the tree or cut section are in line with the standard requirements of agriculture.
