摘要
余热排出泵电动机为核安全重要设备,其主要功能为确保核电机组停堆期间,从堆芯和反应堆冷却剂系统排出热量。某二代改进型核电机组1号进口余热排出泵电机运行期间多次出现驱动端轴承温度异常上升及波动的情况,为彻底解决此问题,经深入分析、咨询并调研同行电厂经验反馈,对余热排出泵电机进行全面解体,彻底更换轴承、润滑脂,并对发现的轴承座与轴承外径公差配合过盈度偏高问题进行处理。随后进行的品质再鉴定及功能再鉴定均表明,余热排出泵电机驱动端轴承温度异常问题得到了根本解决。
Residual heat removal pump is the key equipment for nuclear safety,its main function is to extracting residual heat from reactor core and coolant system during reactor shutdown.The drive-end bearing temperature of the No.1 residual heat removal pump motor of a nuclear power plant abnormally fluctuated.In order to thoroughly solve the problem,an in-depth analysis was conducted along with the study of other plants’operation experiences.The motor was disassembled,and the bearing and grease were replaced completely.The problem of large interference between bearing pedestal and its outer ring was solved.Idling test and load test indicated that the problem of abnormal fluctuation of motor bearing temperature was fundamentally solved.
