近年来核电工程建设领域质量弄虚作假事件偶有发生,严重影响核电工程建设质量,为有效预防和减少触犯两个“零容忍”的问题发生,国核示范开展了创建两个“零容忍”示范工程专项工作。以期通过采取一系列措施,预防造假,切实减少触犯两个“零容忍”的行为发生。

In recent years,there are occasional quality fraud incidents in the field of nuclear power construction,which seriously affect the quality of nuclear power project.In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of two“zero tolerance”problems,the State Nuclear Power Demonstration Plant Co.,Ltd.has carried out the special work of creating two“zero tolerance”demonstration projects,with an aim to take a series of measures to prevent the fraud,and effectively reduce the violation of two“zero tolerance”behaviors.
