核工业作为战略性高科技产业,根据国有经济布局优化和结构调整的战略要求,进行布局优化和结构调整研究与实践意义重大。结合核工业特点与需求,研究构建核工业布局优化和结构调整的指标评价体系,在微观层面对企业进行评价分析。依据定量评价结果,探讨在企业有进有退及结构调整等方面的应用。

It is of great significance to study and practice the layout optimization and structural adjustment of nuclear industry as a high-tech strategic industry,according to the strategic requirements of the state-owned economy.Combined with the characteristics and development requirements of nuclear industry,the index evaluation system for the layout optimization and structural adjustment is established,and enterprises are evaluated and analyzed at the micro level.According to the results of quantitative evaluation,the paper discusses the application of the method in aspects of advance and retreat,and structural adjustment of enterprises.
