“枫桥经验”在警察公共关系中的应用研究

Research on Application of “Fengqiao Experience”in Police Public Relations

警察公共关系是公安机关协调警民关系、维护警察形象、提升执法效能的有效保障。警务公关水平的高低直接影响着警务活动能否顺利进行,构建和谐警察公共关系已成为当务之急。现阶段存在的警察主体理念欠缺、组织内外机制滞后和公关人员方法守旧等问题,制约着警务公关工作的开展。为此,以“枫桥经验”的内涵和特征为理论依据,进行警察公共关系领域引入“枫桥经验”的可行性分析,为警察公共关系提供革新的思路,即立足警务公关工作的现实需求,逐步培养警务人员“全警公关”意识,推动公关专职部门与社会多元主体的联动合作,构建阶段化、网格化的警务公关工作模式等对策方法,以更好地服务于公安工作实践。

Police public relationsare an effective guarantee for police departments to coordinate the relations between the police and the public,maintain the police image,and enhance law enforcement effectiveness.The level of police public relations directly affects whether police activities can proceed smoothly.At this stage,problems such as the lack of public relations concepts,the lagging internal and external mechanisms of the organization and the conservative methods of public relations personnel restrict police public relations.To this end,this paper analyzes police public relations based on the“Fengqiao Experience”.In particular,through gradually cultivating the awareness of“all-police public relations”among police officers,promoting the linkage and cooperation between the full-time public relations department and the multi-subjects of society,and building a phased,grid-based police public relations work model and other countermeasures to better serve the public.
