论中国自贸区治安形势的新动向及其警务应对

The New Trends of the Public Security Situation in China's Free Trade Zone and Police Responses

作为一项重大国家战略,中国自由贸易实验区建设对自贸区治安形势产生了新的影响。当前,中国自贸区治安形势在社会安全稳定、矛盾纠纷、违法犯罪等方面呈现出一些新动向。为有效服务保障自贸区建设,在警务活动中可以通过引入社区警务理念、建立“警企”交流平台与机制、加强与执法司法机关合作联动、构建专业化违法犯罪打击机制等加以应对。

The construction of China's pilot free trade zone has had a new impact on the free trade zone's public security situation.In order to effectively serve and guarantee the construction of the free trade zone,this paper proposes that the concept of community policing can be introduced into policing activities,establishing a“police-enterprise”exchange platform and mechanism,strengthening cooperation and linkage with law enforcement and judicial agencies,and building a professional mechanism for cracking down on crimes and crimes.
