摘要
采用扎根理论研究方法,对调研文本进行三级编码,深入探讨网络直播犯罪行为的关键影响因素。构建了由社会环境、外部支持、外部监管、制度政策、相关者驱动五个主范畴组成的一般性网络直播犯罪行为影响因素理论模型,深入阐述分析其内在典型关系结构,并基于模型对相关影响因素进行理论阐释。
This paper adoptsa grounded theory research method,carries out three-level coding of research texts,and explores webcast crimes key influencing factors.This paper puts forward a general theoretical model of the factors affecting live webcasting crimes,which is composed of five main categories:social environment,external support,external supervision,institutional policies,and stakeholders.
