摘要
[目的]为广藿香的快速繁殖及育种提供新的方法。[方法]以MS为基本培养基,添加6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)、IAA(吲哚乙酸)、NAA(萘乙酸)等3种激素,单独或配合使用诱导广藿香试管苗再生芽的发生,共设计10个组合。[结果]除对照组的诱导率较低(19.2%)外,其他激素组均优于对照组,其中有5组诱导率达到100%,包括6-BA与IAA或与NAA组合中的4组,以及单一激素组即6-BA 0.5 mg/L组。繁殖系数及生长状态均有所不同,繁殖系数超过4.0的有2组,分别是MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L及MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L组,且这2组差异不大。[结论]以MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L及MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L为较佳的诱导广藿香试管苗再生芽发生的激素组合。
[Objective]A new way for rapid reproduction and breeding of Pogostemon cablin was provided in this study.[Methods]Adding 6-benzyladenine(6-BA),naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)or indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)hormone in MS medium,total of 10 groups with single hormone or different combinations were designed to induce buds regeneration.[Results]Except for the lower induction rate(19.2%)in the control group,all the other hormone combinations went well beyond the control group.There were 5 groups,which induction rate reached 100%,including 4 groups in the combination of different concentration of 6-BA,IAA or NAA,as well as the single hormone group,6-BA 0.5 mg/L.However,the reproduction coefficient and growth state were different.The reproduction coefficient exceeded 4.0 in 2 groups,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L and MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L,respectively.The difference between these 2 groups was not significant.[Conclusion]These 2 groups,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L and MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L were better hormone combinations to induce regeneration buds of Pogostemon cablin.
