摘要
直流双闭环调速系统是电力拖动自动控制系统中的重要组成部分,系统设计均采用工程设计方法。但因其过于公式化,且一些影响因素没有涵盖在内,在设计系统时容易忽略或没有深究这些因素对系统特性造成的影响,如反馈滤波效果与反馈信号响应等,使得滤波时间常数的选择既要考虑反馈信号的精度又要兼顾反馈信号的响应速度,还要考虑系统简化的约束条件以及其他因素。为此,文章作了深入分析和探究,导出了滤波时间常数选择公式。
DC double closed loop speed control system is an important part ofautomatic drive control system,and the system design adopts engineering design method.But it is too formulaic and some influence factors are not included,so it is easy to ignore or do not study the influence of these factors on system characteristics,such as feedback filtering effect and feedback signal response.The selection of filter time constant should consider not only the precision of feedback signal,but also the response speed of feedback signal,the constraints of system simplification and other factors.Therefore,this paper makes a deep analysis and exploration,and derives the selection formula of filter time constant.
