The lifting mechanism of the slab discharging machine at SGIS is briefly described and the problems that the lifting mechanism does not synchronize in the actual application is stressed.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is determined that the main reason for the different lifting steps is that the connecting bolts of the splitting crank and the action of the hydraulic cylinder are inconsistent.The actual problems have been solved by changing the structure of the lifting device and synchronous lifting mode of the machine,which effectively extends the service life of the lifting device and supporting wheel,reduces the production cost,reduces the failure time and saving energy.The maintenance of the machine of the heating furnace,the implementation effect of the improvement measures and the experience obtained are summarized,so as to provide reference for other plate rolling plants.
