窑尾袋除尘器腐蚀机理及防腐措施研究

摘要 随着水泥窑窑尾除尘器使用年限的增加,其设备本体在烟气作用下会出现不同程度的腐蚀现象。针对某水泥厂窑尾布袋除尘器的腐蚀问题,分析了腐蚀产生的机理。结果显示,低温烟气中腐蚀性物质凝结导致的化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀,是除尘器腐蚀的主要原因。可通过减少腐蚀型气体的排放,降低漏风率,除尘器保温,采用优质防腐涂层等措施,提高除尘器的使用寿命,保证系统正常运行。 With the increase of service life of the bag filter at kiln tail,the equipment body will show different degrees of corrosion under the action of the flue gas.Aiming at the corrosion problem of the bag filter,the mechanism of corrosion is analyzed.The results show that chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion caused by the condensation of corrosive substances in the low-temperature flue gas are the main reasons for the corrosion.Measures such as reducing the emission of corrosive gases,reducing the air leakage rate,keeping the dust collector insulated,and adopting high-quality anti-corrosion coatings can increase the service life of the bag filter and ensure the normal operation of the system.
