摘要
分析了煤磨原煤皮带秤断裂、尾部滚筒轴承座断裂、清扫器刮板及链条断裂等故障频发的原因。通过加长秤体、延长挡料板和改进轴承安装方式后,提高了煤磨系统运行可靠性,降低了煤磨系统的电耗,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。
The causes of frequent failures such as fracture of coal mill belt scale,fracture of tail drum bearing seat,and fracture of scraper and chain of sweeper were analyzed.By lengthening the scale body,extending the baffle plate and improving the installation mode of bearings,the operating reliabil-ity of the coal mill system is increased,the power consumption of the coal mill system is reduced,and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
