摘要
针对联合收割机调速系统动态性能较差的问题,对其无级调速系统进行了改进设计。联合收割机主要由行走系统、传送系统、作业系统和远程监控系统组成。通过采用车速和负荷双闭环的方式,对行走系统和作业系统进行联合控制,保证无级调速系统的响应速度。为验证该无级调速系统的性能,对其进行田间试验。结果表明:无级调速系统可以保证对联合收割机的车速和滚筒脱粒转速的控制精度,并可达到快速响应的目的。
Aiming at the problem of poor dynamic performance to the combine harvester speed control system,the combine harvester was designed and the stepless speed control system was improved.The combine harvester was constituted of running system,transfer system and remote monitoring system.The running and operating systems were combined controlled by the method of speed and load double closure.It could ensure the response speed of stepless speed control system.To verify the performance of stepless speed control system,the field testing was done.The test results show that the stepless speed control system could ensure the control accuracy of the speed and drum rotation speed of the combine harvester,and could achieve the purpose of rapid response.
