对行式密植棉秆铲拔铺条机的设计与优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 设计了一种对行式密植棉秆铲拔铺条机,可对采用机采棉种植农艺的田间棉秆进行压秆、铲切、导向、抛拔、输送及铺条作业。利用SolidWorks软件对机具进行三维几何建模,对主要工作部件进行设计与分析,以保证机器的合理性与适用性。对传动系统进行计算,得出锥齿轮传动比,设计出合适的锥齿轮齿数,保证行走起拔装置正常工作。利用SolidWorks软件对对行式密植棉秆铲拔铺条机进行整机建模,再提取机架和铲刀保存为x-t格式,导入到ANSYS workbench上进行静力学分析。静力学分析结果表明:机架在正常工作下的最大位移为0.20454mm,最大应力为2.327MPa,远低于机架材料的最大屈服强度;铲刀在正常工作下的最大位移为0.31748mm,最大应力为4.5515MPa,远低于铲刀材料的最大屈服强度。研究结果为机器实现量产提供了理论依据,还可以为其他农业机械的设计提供参考。 In this paper,a kind of line type close planting cotton straw shovel-puller is designed,which can be used to press,cut,guide,transport and lay cotton Straw in the field.Using SolidWorks software to carry on the 3D geometry modeling to the machine tool,carries on the design and the analysis to the main working parts,guarantees the machine rationality and the applicability.Calculate the transmission system,get the gear ratio,design the appropriate number of bevel gear teeth,to ensure the normal work of the walking pull-up device.Using Solidworks software to build the whole machine model of the line close planting cotton stalk shovel-paving machine,and then extract the machine frame and the shovel-knife to save as x-t format,and import it into ANSYS workbench for static analysis.The results of statics analysis show that the maximum displacement and stress of the rack are 0.20454mm and 2.327MPA respectively,which is far lower than the maximum yield strength of the rack material,and the maximum displacement and stress of the shovel blade are 0.31748mm and 4.5515MPA respectively,far Below the maximum yield strength of the blade material.The results of the study provide theoretical basis for the machine to achieve mass production,and can also provide reference for the design of other agricultural machinery.
